Breakfast Ideas
Are you tired of always eating the same breakfast every morning? Are you in lack of inspiration? Here is a list of vegan breakfast ideas you can try.
- Toasts / bagels: jam, nut butter, tofu spread (recipe here), white kidney bean spread (recipe here), avocado, hummus (recipe here), creton (recipe here), cream cheeze (recipes here), veggie paté - Examples - Hummus & firm cheeze (ex: cheddar, gouda..) 
- Peanut butter, jelly & banana 
- Hummus, cucumber, red onion & thyme 
- Vegan smoked salmon: vegan smoked salmon (bought, for example By2048, or homemade with carrots) and vegan cream cheese (bought or homemade) 
 
 
- Banana bread (recipe here) (tip: slice it and slightly toast it in a pan, then add toppings such as nut butter, fruits, coconut cream..) 
- Muffins (tip: cut in half and add nut butter, yogurt & banana)
