Breakfast Ideas

Are you tired of always eating the same breakfast every morning? Are you in lack of inspiration? Here is a list of vegan breakfast ideas you can try.

  • Toasts: with jam, peanut butter, hazelnut spread, tofu spread (recipe here), white kidney bean spread (recipe here), avocado, hummus (recipe here), creton (recipe here), cheeze (recipes here) or veggie paté

  • Banana bread (recipe here)

  • Sweet potato cupcakes (recipe here)

  • Muffins (banana muffins recipe here and pumpkin spice muffins here or vegan bought muffin mix)

  • Overnight oats with vegan milk

  • Crunchy peanut butter and banana sandwich

  • Cereals & vegan milk

  • Breakfast wrap (with tofu scramble, maple tempeh, etc)

  • Breakfast sausages (eg : Gusta maple sausages) and roasted potatoes or potato pancakes

  • BLT sandwich: bread or bagel, bacon (Yves, Lightlife ou homemade), lettuce, tomatoe and vegan mayo

  • Mini-quiches (with chickpea flour or egg replacements like Just Eggs, Eggcitables…)
