Creamy Gusta Sausage Pasta
In collaboration with Gusta, I created for you the creamiest sausage pasta recipe!

This recipe is really a must; everyone likes it and therefore it’s the ideal meal when I invite omnivores for dinner.

Servings : 4
375 g of linguine (I recommend whole wheat ones)
4 packs (4 x 227g) of Paris mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
1 Tbsp (15 ml) thyme (fresh thyme is even better!)
1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened soy milk
3 Tbsp (45 ml) Dijon mustard
1 cup (250 ml) of dry white wine
2 green onions, sliced
3 Gusta Española sausages, sliced at an angle
1/4 cup (65 ml) sundried tomatoes in oil, sliced
Salt & pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into thick slices.
In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in oil for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms and thyme. Cook 3-5 minutes. Add cornstarch and mix well. Add milk, mustard and wine and bring to a boil. Cook until creamy. Add green onions and cook for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, cook sausages over low heat in a little oil. Return them from time to time.
Add the dried tomatoes and sausages to the mushroom mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the mixture of mushrooms and sausages on the pasta.
