Vegan Restaurants with Best Vibe in Montreal

For a long time, vegan restaurants were synonymous with cafeterias and take-out counters. With all the variety we now have in Montreal, that's no longer the case! Gone are the days when you were embarrassed to invite your friends to dinner at a 100% vegan restaurant.

Here's the list of vegan restaurants in Montreal that I think have the best atmosphere for a festive evening with friends!

Reserve in advance, these places are popular ;)

*Only restaurants tested and approved by myself are included in this list.

Lola Rosa Place-Des-Arts

Lola Rosa has 2 locations, but for the atmosphere, I recommend the one in the heart of Quartier des spectacles! Its location is ideal for dining with a glass of wine, going to the theater afterwards, or just hanging out downtown!

Umami Ramen

I love this restaurant! You can't go wrong with the sharing menu, which you can pair to a sake tasting!

Tendresse

Beautiful restaurant in Montreal's gay district. The menu is to die for! Accompany your meal with a glass of wine, or a margarita if you're feeling a little more festive.

LOV McGill

For its beautiful decor with hanging chairs and its revisited menu, this restaurant is always full if you don't make a reservation. It's also ideally located for a drink afterwards in one of the many bars in the Cité Multimédia district.

Bloom Sushi

Menus to share, which will make you roll on the floor, and ideal locations for going out in the Old Port afterwards or Downtown.

2 locations: Vieux Port & Place-des-arts

Archway

Renowned for its excellent food, in the evening this restaurant transforms into the ideal place to bring a date or a group of friends, with its subdued lighting and background music. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat just before heading out into Verdun!
