Extra guacamole? Si por favor!


After years developping this recipe, here it is! In fact, it is really really simple:

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 2 thinly sliced green onion, and/or 1/4 minced red onion
  • 1/2 tomato, choped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Salt (just a bit)
  • Pepper (for the picture or the taste)
  • Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional, but highly recommended)


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Lime juice is essential to avoid (or slow down) the browning of avocados.

  2. Serve with chips, burritos, fajitas, wraps, toast, etc!
