Beef & Macaroni
Beef & macaroni is a classic so simple & comforting (even when vegan)!
Tip for families : Yves’ ground round is sold in family format, which is much cheaper. You can also freeze it to keep it longer.

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups whole wheat macaroni (I used whole wheat pasta) 
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegan magarine (eg : Becel’s vegan margarine) 
- 1 package (about 340 g) vegan ground meat (eg : Yves’ ground round) 
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) steak spice 
- 2 cans of 284 ml (568 ml) tomato soup 
- 4 Tbsp chili sauce (60 ml) 
Preparation
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. 
- In a large skillet, melt the margarine. Add the meat and break it into pieces with a wooden spatula. 
- Add steak spices and cook 2-3 minutes. 
- Add tomato soup and chili sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
