My favorite meal when I invite a group of people for dinner! It allows each person to put what he wants on his plate.


It is also a meal that doesn't scare the less accustomed veganism. Burritos, everyone eats that!

To make vegan burritos, I put:

  • Beans (I used black beans, it could also be red beans, to your taste!) or beefless ground (I use the brand Yves, available in all grocery stores)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • Vegan sour cream
  • Peppers & Onions (which you can cook in the pan with olive oil)
  • Cheeze
  • Avocado or guacamole
  • Rice
  • Corn
