Tempeh Dogs

Aux Vivres restaurant is well known for its Dragon Sauce, which accompanies wraps and bowls, yum! Here is the version I make at home, Tempeh hot dogs with Dragon sauce.

This is THE recipe to make you love tempeh, I swear!

Tips for lazy persons

Sometimes, when I feel really lazy, I skip the garnish steps and put only shredded carrots. Also, you can buy smoked onion tempeh and Dragon sauce at an Aux Vivres store or in some supermarkets, such as Avril.
