I am not a big fan of kale salads. However, this snack is super easy and delicious!
An easy low-calorie snack that calms hunger!

- Kale (preferably organic since leaves contain the highest pesticide levels)
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Rinse the kale well, then remove the central stem and put the leaves in pieces.
Spread the kale on a baking sheet. Do not stack the sheets, because the cooking will not be equal. Do not hesitate to take more than one baking sheet. Coat the leaves with oil and spices.
Bake 15 minutes or until leaves are dry.
